The Journal gathers calls, the mail you write and notes in one place. It is the same on your phone, computer and the web, because it lives in your Akomodix Mail mailbox.
What it records
The mail you send
Every message you send goes into that day's Journal, with the time you spent writing it.
Calls
On your phone, calls made, received and missed. On your computer, you dial on your phone and the time runs in the app, with your notes on the call.
Notes
Notes and reminders, even during a call, on the day you write them.
To call back
Whoever you need to call back stays highlighted until you mark it done.
You decide
- It stays off until you turn it on, and you choose what it records: mail sent, writing time, calls.
- You decide how long to keep entries: a set number of months or forever.
- You can export it as CSV, turn it off or delete it all.
Who sees it
In daily use only you see your Journal. Like your work mail, it belongs to the company, which can recover it, for example when you leave.
Where it works
On your phone, your computer and the web, with the same entries, because it lives in your mailbox. To use it you need an Akomodix Mail mailbox with the Journal enabled.
