1. Controller
The controller is POWERB SAGL, Via Serrai 2, 6592 S.Antonino, Switzerland (UID CHE-367.484.791). For questions about data protection, please use the contact form.
2. What happens when you visit the website
For technical and security reasons, the server logs your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser. These logs stay on our servers in Switzerland and we keep them only for as long as these purposes require.
3. No cookies, no third-party scripts
This website does not use cookies, does not load scripts, fonts or images from third-party servers and does not use analytics or advertising tools. The only thing we store in your browser is your choice of light or dark theme, if you change it. The one exception is sending the application form: see section 4.
4. Contact form
If you write to us, we process your name, company, email, phone number and message only to reply to you and, if a business relationship follows, to prepare an offer. The data goes to our marketing platform, hosted on our own servers in Switzerland. We keep it for as long as it serves this purpose. We also process the number of mailboxes and whether you are already a customer, to give priority to existing customers. When you send the form, the platform sets two technical cookies in your browser, one lasting a year and one for the length of the session. The confirmation of receipt we send you contains an image that tells us when you open it.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or pass on your data. We disclose it to third parties only where the law requires us to.
6. Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its processing. You also have the right to contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). If you live in the European Union, you can also contact the data protection authority in your country.
7. Legal basis
We process data in accordance with the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). For visitors from the European Union, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies.
